By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our services.

Karmesta is a company based in Ghana, providing auto repair, towing, vehicle maintenance, and other related services. These Terms apply to your use of our website, mobile app (when launched), and any service provided by Karmesta. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to any future changes.

When you use Karmesta’s services, either by booking a repair, requesting a tow, or using any other feature, you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information:
    You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when scheduling services. Incorrect details could lead to delays or additional charges, so please double-check everything before confirming.
  • Payment:
    All payments for services must be made as specified in your service agreement or through our online payment portal. Prices are subject to change, and Karmesta reserves the right to adjust charges before confirming your booking. Failure to pay may result in service denial.
  • Timely Appointments:
    We strive to provide timely services, but certain conditions (like traffic, weather, or complex repairs) may cause delays. While we work hard to meet your scheduled time, Karmesta cannot be held responsible for unavoidable delays. If we’re late, we’ll communicate with you promptly.

Using Karmesta’s towing service means you understand and accept the following:

  • Response Time:
    We aim to respond quickly to towing requests, but factors like location, time of day, and availability may impact how fast we can reach you. Our mobile app (coming soon) will offer real-time updates on your tow truck’s location.
  • Vehicle Condition:
    When you request towing, Karmesta is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We’ll inspect and document your car’s condition before towing, and you agree that any additional damage occurring during the towing process will be addressed under our damage policy.
  • Storage Fees:
    If your vehicle is towed and remains unclaimed for an extended period, storage fees may apply. You are responsible for collecting your vehicle in a timely manner to avoid extra charges.

For all auto repair services provided by Karmesta:

  • Repair Estimates:
    We will provide you with a detailed estimate for any repairs needed on your vehicle. This estimate is based on our initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. You will be informed of any changes before we proceed.
  • Parts:
    We use high-quality, genuine parts that meet manufacturer standards. If you prefer a specific brand or type of part, please let us know. However, Karmesta is not liable for any issues arising from customer-provided parts.
  • Guarantee:
    Karmesta offers a service warranty on all repairs, valid for [X months]. If you experience any issues related to the service provided within the warranty period, contact us, and we’ll resolve it at no extra charge.

We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a service. Here’s how it works:

  • Cancellations:
    You can cancel any service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
  • Refunds:
    If a service is canceled on our end or cannot be provided due to reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for completed services are typically not provided unless there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, you also have some responsibilities when using Karmesta’s services:

  • Vehicle Condition:
    Ensure your vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for us to provide service. If our team cannot access your vehicle, we may need to reschedule or charge a fee.
  • Compliance with Laws:
    You agree that your vehicle is legally registered, insured, and roadworthy before seeking repairs or towing. Karmesta will not service illegally modified or unsafe vehicles.
  • Respect for Staff:
    Our team works hard to provide excellent service, so we expect all customers to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively, disrespectfully, or unlawfully.

By using Karmesta’s services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect certain personal and vehicle information to provide services, and we protect this information under Ghana’s Data Protection Act. Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, such as scheduling services, processing payments, and improving user experience.

While Karmesta takes all necessary precautions to ensure the highest quality of service, you agree that:

  • Limited Liability:
    Karmesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, use of our website, or your reliance on any information provided by Karmesta.
  • Direct Damages:
    Karmesta’s liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question. If an issue arises, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it.

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Karmesta. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission. Our logo, branding, and trademarks are protected under intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized use is prohibited.
